Commercial

A commercial loan is a debt-based funding arrangement between a business and a financial institution such as a bank. These types of loans can be used for the purchase of commercial property or to fund major capital expenditures and/or cover operational costs that a company may otherwise be unable to afford.

Bridging Finance

A bridging loan is a type of short term property backed finance. They are often used to fund you for a period of time whilst allowing you to either refinance to longer term debt or sell a property. Bridging loans are usually offered for between 1-18 months, with the loan repayable in full at the end of the term.

Second Charges

A second charge mortgage allows you to use any equity you have in your home as security against another loan. It means you will have two mortgages on your home. These type of loans can be taking out for many reasons and can enable you to borrow additional funds without having to pay early repayment charges.
